  I printed it on PLA with an infill about 30%. But just in case I should recommend a higher infill.

  However I have not had any deformation problems with mine (both are lightweight carbon fiber helmets).

  The piece have 2 holes for mount in wall and a 3rd hole at back in case you mount it on a wood piece or similar and screw it from behind and secure it more.
